To cancel an order, please Email or Text your cancellation request including your ref Number. Please let us know at least 48 hours before your day move otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.
You can view all our prices on our website Man And Van booking page based on short-distance moves, and long-distance moves enter your postcodes and choose your van size you require or you can contact us by calling us.
On our booking page, you will find selections of payment methods. You can pay Online by “Debit Card” / “Credit Card”, “PayPal” or “By cash on the day to the driver”. If you selected payment by “Debit Card” / “Credit Card” or “Stripe”, you must pay at the time of your booking a 30% deposit and pay the remaining amount “By cash to the driver on the day” please note that you need to pay before unloading.
You will need to provide us with information on items that you need to move. Depending on the size and load space, we will advise you on the type of vehicle you require for man with a van hire.
The size of the vehicle will be according to your booking choices on our website. On our website, you can find all the dimensions inside of each van we provide.
If you place your order within our office working hours, we will verify all the details, and we will send you an Email and Text Message (SMS on your mobile) confirmation within 15-30 minutes. If you have placed an order after working hours, please expect your task number sent to you. If you didn’t receive your confirmation email, please contact our office urgently.
There is no additional cost you could travel with us free of charge.
You can amend your man with a van hire booking with 48 hours notice from your actual booking schedule.
We do not arrange or provide any permits.
Customers will have to deal with any parking arrangements or permits, including fees.
Fines due to customer fault will need to be paid to the driver directly.
Any tickets are issued while booking is in progress.
We provide an option for a driver or helper if needed which need to be selected on the booking form.
Additional charges will apply and will have to be paid directly to helper with their hourly rate.
All our items are fully covered by insurance while in transit.
Our Goods in Transit insurance cover £25000.
We are not liable for the first £250.00 per claim.
All claims reported at the time of occurrence;
No application will be accepted.unless reported to Click n Deliver Limited. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure extra insurance.
Is arranged if required Goods will be protected only by our insurer.
Please bear in mind one hour notice will be required for urgent service or a 48 hours notice if you are planning to move over a weekend, please book well in advance. To ensure that you can get the best date and time of the service, try and book our services as soon as you get a confirmation date in mind.
The drivers are happy to help curry goods at an additional cost per flight of stairs which we charge £8 per flight of stairs options are available on the booking form.
All charges within the time of the booking will not occur any additional charges. Unless it goes over your booking time of two hours.
